By accessing or using VPN XO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including free and paid subscribers.
VPN XO is provided for lawful personal and business use only. You agree not to use the service to: violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute malware or conduct cyberattacks, spam or phish other users, or access services in violation of their terms of use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. For exceptional billing errors, contact [email protected] within 7 days. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30-day notice.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and events outside our control may cause temporary outages. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
You are responsible for ensuring VPN use is lawful in your jurisdiction. VPN XO does not facilitate violations of local law. If using a VPN is prohibited where you reside, you may not use this service.
All content, trademarks, and software associated with VPN XO are the property of VPN XO or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPN XO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted, otherwise through courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
